1 Killed, 3 Seriously Injured After High-Speed Infiniti Crash In Anne Arundel County: Police

One person was killed and three others were left with serious injuries in a high-speed Infiniti crash in Anne Arundel County over the weekend, police said.

Mateo Green, 23, was sitting in the back seat of a 2012 Infiniti G37 that was heading northbound on Sands Road near Patuxent Mobile Estates in Lothian at a high rate of speed when the Infiniti crossed over to the southbound lane and struck a utility pole on the opposite side of the road around 1:35 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, according to police.

The vehicle then continued in a northbound direction on the opposite side of the road before striking a tree.

Green, of Clinton, was transported by Trooper 2 to University of Maryland R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and died on Sunday, April 7.

Meanwhile, the driver, Andrew Moseley, 22, of Upper Marlboro, and the front seat passenger, a 20-year-old female of Suitland, were taken to University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center with serious injuries.

A 16-year-old sitting in the backseat was taken to MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center with serious injuries as well.

The investigation is ongoing.
